Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company compliance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
