Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures during overnight shifts
- Administer medications, injections, and perform vital sign monitoring
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Handle patient triage and emergency response protocols
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Manage inventory and supply chain for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to cover variable overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
