Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during night shifts including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment assistance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
