Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing and inventory management tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality control and package orders for timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to resolve operational issues and ensure continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
