Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Monitor and operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Raleigh, NC.
