Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, and order picking during the night shift.
- Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations and inventory status.
- Monitor productivity metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
