Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Document production data accurately in required logs and reports.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
