Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality control and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
