Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
- Coordinate patient care activities and staff assignments during overnight hours
- Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Train and mentor new team members on shift procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare or supervisory experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
