Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance across all warehouse operations
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions and handovers
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities, incidents, and performance metrics
- Foster a positive team culture through regular communication and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and warehouse management systems
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, overnight settings

- Valid forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
