Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during overnight shift operations
- Monitor inventory management and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Process daily paperwork and inventory reports
- Address immediate operational issues and escalate as needed
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per company standards
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave SW location
