Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse associates, ensuring efficient task completion
- Monitor inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Process payroll documentation and weekly performance reports
- Train new hires on SOPs and warehouse management systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervision experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation skills

- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
