Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service transitions and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy in all communications.
- Assist in training new hires on night shift protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
