Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Conduct shift briefings and provide clear instructions to the night crew.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock transfers, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve operational issues and handle personnel conflicts with a professional approach.
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Complete and submit daily shift reports and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
