Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time order fulfillment optimization
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Document operational metrics and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support emergency stock replenishment during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation tasks
