Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment during overnight shifts
- Accurately process inbound/outbound inventory with RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on packaged goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
