Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to meet nightly productivity quotas.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent loss.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for distribution.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team regarding inventory discrepancies and operational needs.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety procedures and attendance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
