Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor to ensure maximum efficiency during night operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
