Responsibilities
- Process and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently using warehouse management software.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse aisles and workstations are clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality assurance metrics.
- Package and label goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
