Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse zones with optimal safety standards and 5S protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and certification compliance
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational KPIs
- Complete shift reports and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
