Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Support: Assist fellow team members during peak hours to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety signage.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the facility.
