Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies through cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA standards and proper lifting techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues promptly
- Support receiving processes by verifying shipments and documenting discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
