Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with precision scanning
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Optimize workflow using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills and inventory experience
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
