Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Stock inventory and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM to 1:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
