Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and picking orders with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all outbound products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Report discrepancies in inventory or equipment issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
