Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and unload inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak processing hours
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone navigation skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
