Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards during shift operations
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed to maintain operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced night shift environment
