Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process inbound shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
- Document daily activities using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility (night shift: 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
