Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Safely package, label, and prepare items for timely shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety logs and shipping labels.
