Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to shift supervisor
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to the Harbor View Drive facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
