Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately process and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in fast-paced environments.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
