Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory during overnight operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed digital records of inventory movements and discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold OSHA compliance and security procedures throughout shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
