Responsibilities
- Monitor and sort incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas
- Perform inventory counts and documentation tasks accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and pallet management
- Report equipment malfunctions and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to our Long Beach facility
