Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for efficient product flow
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets and quality standards
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-volume environments
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
