Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards during night operations
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handovers and workflow continuity
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, 3-5 nights weekly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
