Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport heavy inventory efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload trailers in accordance with shipping schedules and safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Package and label products accurately for shipping and distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience with forklifts or warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret data.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
