Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory logs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix industrial area
