Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance
- Load/unload freight using proper lifting techniques
- Complete daily shift paperwork and digital logs
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Flexible availability (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
