Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and pallet arrangement
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment to ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions and inventory updates
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Complete daily productivity reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
