Responsibilities
- Manage inventory scanning and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, efficient manner
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for overnight shipping
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening (provided on-site)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
