Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in assigned zones
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4-8 hour shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Comfortable standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Reliable transportation to Desert Sky area
