Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet nightly targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs
- Preferable: 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
