Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and shipments.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing merchandise for distribution.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity during handling.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide paid training.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
