Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Safely load/untractors and coordinate with transportation teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems
