Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking/packing with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Maintain organized inventory counts via WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation training provided)
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
