Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient material handling
- Conduct quality control checks on products to meet company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and report equipment maintenance needs promptly
- Complete shift reports and documentation with precise attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for equipment operation)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
