Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and loading docks to meet safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete shift reports and inventory documentation accurately
- Adhere to company policies while maintaining a productive pace
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with reliable attendance
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to operate handheld scanners
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Northwest San Antonio facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
