Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory levels and perform cycle counts
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in safety training and emergency drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility (accessible via CTA Green Line)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with rotating weekends
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
