Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy for timely dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
