Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and conveyor systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory across 50,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS software and digital tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation via our digital portal
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives during shift meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (5 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
